Custom/Corporate Ties
Private Stock can make a tie for any occasion. Be it a club, school tie, business tie, organization tie or any special tie Private Stock offers the same quality as their neckwear for better men's retail stores.
Question: How many ties do I have to produce?
Answer: The minimum is 50-100 ties. In some cases we will make less but there is an up charge.
Question: How much will my special necktie cost me?
Answer: A tie can cost anywhere from $15 to $30 depending upon the design and work that has to go into making the design. For print ties there is a screen charge.
Question: How do I design the tie?
Answer: We will need a Corporate Logo either on a Company Letterhead, PDF file or JPEG. Sometimes you may have a tie you have seen which you want to duplicate the layout. Colors and layout will be discussed in order to get an idea of the tie you desire. In some cases there is no logo needed and you might want to do a stripe in certain colors. For example we did a tie for a prep school which wanted a Navy and Red Bar stripe.
Question: What happens after you receive all my information to make the design?
Answer: After all the colors and designs are agreed upon we will make a sketch for your approval. This will take approximately 1 week.
Question: After I approve the sketch when will my ties be made?
Answer: After you approve your sketch we ask you for a nonrefundable deposit to cover some sampling and design costs. We will make for you some sample fabric in multiple colors for your approval. No tie will go into production without your approval of the tie from a fabric sample. This process will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
Question: How long will it take to make ties after I approve the sample fabric?
Answer: It should take approximately 4 to 5 weeks for your order to be sent to you. In some cases it may take less time depending upon what your delivery needs are and how busy our factories are at that time. ***Please note. Weaving special fabric is not an exact science and you must allow a tolerance of approximately 5% underage or overage for your ties. We will do our best to send you the exact amount you order.
Question: Can I have my own Label on the tie?
Answer: Yes but all label costs and design costs will be paid by the customer. Discussion of labels can be worked on an individual basis. Remember there are minimums when doing your own label.
Question: Some of my ties need to be extra long? Can you also make extra long ties and how long are they?
Answer: Yes, we can make extra long ties. The Extra long ties are $1 dollar more than the Regular ties. Regular ties are between 58 and 59 inches long. The long ties are between 63 and 64 inches long.
Question: I want to use these ties to give out as gifts. Do you make gift boxes?
Answer: We have Private Stock Individual Gift Sleeve Envelopes which are very nice and great quality. There is a charge for each individual sleeve.
Question: Can I pay by Credit Card?
Answer: Yes, we accept credit cards.
